By accessing laurisimpson.com, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with the policies referenced on our website.

All products are subject to availability.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you may have in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
For supported destinations where the store is configured for DDP delivery, applicable import duties and taxes are intended to be included or collected as part of the order so that the customer does not receive unexpected import charges on delivery. Shipping charges, including any free-shipping threshold, are handled separately and are displayed at checkout.

We ship only to destinations currently supported by our store and displayed through our website or checkout.
