Shipping policy

At LS Lauri Simpson, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the following destinations:
• United Arab Emirates
• United States
• Puerto Rico
• United Kingdom
• Germany
• France
• Spain
• Italy
• Switzerland
We do not currently ship to other countries or regions.
Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, UAE public holidays, launch periods, and high-volume periods.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
In some cases, orders may require additional review for payment verification, stock confirmation, or shipping restrictions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, weight, and shipping method.
Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers apply only as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery timeframe shown on the website or at checkout is an estimate only.
Transit times may be affected by:
• destination country
• customs clearance
• local carrier performance
• weather
• public holidays
• remote-area routing
• events outside our reasonable control
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may take time to refresh.
6. Customs Duties, VAT, Taxes, and Import Charges
For orders shipped outside the UAE, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or similar destination-country charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, import restrictions, or additional charges applied by local authorities or carriers.
If a parcel is refused by the customer or rejected by customs and returned to us, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, handling fees, and related losses from any refund, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional charges or delays may result.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@laurisimpson.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
8. Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to customer inaction or incorrect address details, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
9. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier first and then notify us promptly at support@laurisimpson.com.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@laurisimpson.com and include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the parcel, packaging, shipping label, and item(s)
We may request additional information before confirming the next steps.
11. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, strikes, transport disruption, regulatory action, or other events outside our reasonable control.
12. Split Shipments
Where operationally necessary, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
13. Returns and Exchanges

14. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s country or region of residence.
