Refund policy
At LS Lauri Simpson, we want you to love your pieces. If something is not quite right, we are happy to review eligible return or exchange requests in accordance with the policy below.
1. Standard Global Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Window
We accept eligible return or exchange requests made within 14 days of delivery, unless mandatory local consumer law provides a different right for the customer.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- in original condition
- free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, hair, odours, or other signs of wear
- returned with all original tags attached
- returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any item that is not in resellable condition.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law:
- items marked Final Sale
- gift cards
- items returned without proof of purchase
- items returned without original tags attached
- items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or soiled
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer, at our discretion:
- store credit, or
- a refund to the original payment method, if the return otherwise qualifies under this policy
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. LS Lauri Simpson is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@laurisimpson.com with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- a short description of the issue
If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing after the return is received, and
- additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
2. Country-Specific Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s country or region of residence.
European Union / EEA
For customers in the European Union / EEA, statutory consumer rights may include a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
United Kingdom
For customers in the United Kingdom, statutory consumer rights may include a 14-day cancellation right for eligible online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Switzerland
Local mandatory consumer rights may apply depending on law. Where required by applicable law, those rights will prevail over any conflicting part of this policy.
