1. Returns

For shipments within the UAE, returns are free of charge. For any other country or region, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back in order to receive a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 30 days of receipt: Full refund (minus original shipping costs).
  • Between 30 and 45 days: Eligible for a 60% refund.
  • After 45 days: Ineligible for return (0% refund).

2. Track My Order

Upon making a purchase, every customer will receive a unique purchase number. This number will allow us to create a client database to enhance customer service and offer personalized experiences. Customers can choose to receive subscription emails and will be able to track their packages using this purchase number. 3. Ordering & Payment

After payment confirmation, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment’s progress. This tracking number will be provided via email and can be used to check the delivery status through our website or the carrier’s platform.
